Summer Fundraising Appeal - For A Long List of Cats in Need of Our Help

We are preparing for another busy couple of weeks at Catcuddles. Our current urgent cases on our waiting list needing a space with us and funds to cover their costs include...

* A litter of four kittens (pictured) - born a stray mother who has now been neutered. These little ones are coming up to 8 weeks old and desperately need a space with us as soon as possible as they can't stay where they currently are with their finder.

* "Scraggles" - a poorly stray cat who is currently cared for by a 94 year old lady in East London. He's getting daily meals but sleeping outdoors and in need of basic vet care as he's clearly been fending for himself for some time. Other charities have told his finder they are full and can't help but we really want to help.

* Missy & Kitty - a pair of cats whose owner died this week. They are about to lose their home imminently when it's handed back to the council. They are approx 5 years old, one was rescued by the owner as a stray and the other was the runt of her litter taken in as a kitten.

* The Charlton 6, left behind after owner passed away last December, living out the back since and council repossessing property...

* The Lee four, two sisters and two kittens... born in a shed

* A stray from Shooters Hill, injured and beaten up, with bad teeth and a sizeable abscess to boot, suspected FIV+ ...

* A heavily pregnant little girl from a Shooters Hill garden, now nursing another 3 babies...

... and the list goes on

We know we ask for your support and donations often; as a small charity we rely on a small group of generous people who make it possible for our volunteers to do what they do every day rescuing and caring for all these cats. Even the smallest donations really add up and make a difference - can we rely on your kindness once again to help these cats and the next urgent cases joining our waiting list?

It would be amazing to get to halfway through our summer fundraiser goal this weekend as we prepare to help all these cats and kittens. You can donate through our JustGiving page (below), or directly by Paypal on our website.
